The Spokane Interstate Rodeo was held September 4-5th at the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center in Spokane, Washington. Clay Stone took first in the bareback riding with his 72 point ride on Just Because (Corey & Lange Rodeo) for $1,371. Kolby Bignell took first in the steer wrestling with his 4.4 second run to earn $1,908. Korbin Rice & Cooper Freeman took first in the team roping with their 5.9 second run to bring home $1,442 each. There was a tie for first in the saddle bronc riding between Cole Biggers on Wilder (Corey & Lange Rodeo) and T.W. Flowers on Oh Toodles (Corey & Lange Rodeo) with both riders scoring 81 points to net them $1,491 each. Kyle Lucas took first in the tie-down roping for his 9.2 second run to earn $2,292. Helen Nowosad took first in the barrel racing with her 17.51 second run to pocket $1,820. Colton Byram took first in the bull riding with his big 84 point ride on Dream On (Corey & Lange Rodeo) for $1,567. Corey & Lange Rodeo provided the stock along with sub-contractor Brent Palmer. Luke Morast and Jacob Stacy were the pickup men and Sean Peterson and Miles Barry provided the cowboy protection.
