Pony Express Rodeo

The Pony Express Rodeo was held June 12-14th at the Pony Express Arena in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Stetson Wright got it done the Wright way and took all-around cowboy for competing in the saddle bronc riding and bull riding to take home a check for $4,169. He also tied for first in the saddle bronc riding on Single Matt (Legacy Pro Rodeo) with Darcy Wockner on Hell Boy (Legacy Pro Rodeo), with both cowboys scoring 84.5 point rides to take home $2,082 each. Stetson also took first in the bull riding with his 84 points on Fire And Ice (Legacy Pro Rodeo) for another $2,782. Dean Thompson took first in the bareback riding with an 83 point ride on No. P3h (Legacy Pro Rodeo) for $1,906. Brey Yore took first in the steer wrestling with a 5.8 second run to pocket a check for $2,017. Aaron Tsinigine & Jeremy Buhler took first in the team roping with their 5.1 second run to take home $2,681 each. Kylan Platt took first in the tie-down roping with his 9.7 second run for $2,130.  Meka Farr was fastest around the cans with her 17.25 second run to earn a check for $1,838. Brittany Truman took first in the breakaway roping with her quick 2.4 second run for $2,116.  Legacy Pro Rodeo provided the stock with sub-contractor Anthony Verdino. Jeremy Clark and Jaylen Eldridge were the pickup men and Austin Ashley and Knox Dunn provided the cowboy protection.
