PBR Unleash The Beast –Madison Square Garden

Day One


The bull riders took over the Big Apple as PBR Unleash The Beast rolled into Madison Square Garden for Unleash The Beast – PBR Monster Energy Buck Off at the Garden presented by Ariat. Sage Kimzey rode supreme on opening night in front of a sold out crowd, taking the Round One win with the second highest score of the 2026 PBR Unleash The Beast season with his 90.60 points on Blue Duck (McCoy Rodeo Jacobson). Kimzey earned 29 points toward the Unleash The Beast standings and ended the first night 14th place in the standings with 64 points for the season. Clay Guiton took second with his 89.10 point ride atop Lights Out (Blake Sharp/Henry Wilson/Hanks). Third place went to Julio Cesar Marques, a rider for the New York Mavericks, for his 88.65 point ride on Tulsa Time (Kelly & Cami Heath/McCoy Rodeo). Koltin Hevalow took fourth with 87.55 points on Shazam (Clint Motte/Hookin' W Ranch). And rounding out the top five was Callum Miller with his 87.15 point re-ride on The Player to help the Gamblers take the lead 264.40-170.15 over the Texas Rattlers in the night’s first Monster Energy Team Challenge game.


Marco Rizzo is continuing his white-hot start to the season and held his spot at the top of the leaderboard with his 82.05 point ride on Big Chili (Blake Sharp/Bull Mamas/UB Bucking Co), securing the win for the home team, the New York Mavericks over the Carolina Cowboys 257.30-176.10 in the night’s final Monster Energy Team Challenge Game. Rizzo currently has 223.50 points with Brady Fielder is second at 188 points.

 

Day Two


In Round Two, Leandro Zampollo got his first round win of the season with his 87.80 point ride on

The HONDO (McCoy Rodeo/Cody/Coker/Blanton), bumping him up to to ninth place in the standings. Despite having to have his jaw wired shut after a wreck in December, Callum Miller hasn't slowed down at all. He took second aboard Sava (Folsom Point Bucking Bulls) with an 87.70 point ride and left day two leading the event with his 174.85 points. Kaiden Loud took third for his 86.50 point ride on Grindstone (Hookin' W Ranch), which places him tied for this third with Kaique Pacheco for their 172.55 UTB points. Pacheco recorded 85.90 points Saturday evening on Pay Dirt (Nothin' But Try Ranch/M&M Beck). Fourth place went to Cort McFadden who scored an 86.45 points on Yo Mamma (Folsom Point Bucking Bulls). The 2024 World Champion and Rookie of the Year Cassio Dias took fifth place for his 86.53 point ride on Real Deal (Blake Sharp/Huff Bulls).


Marco Rizzo, was unable to cover his bull on Saturday but thanks to his 82.05 point ride on Friday, he left Round Two still at the top of the UTB standings with 223.50 points, still 35.50 ahead of Brady Fielder, who drew snake eyes for the second night in a row in New York. Julio Cesar Marques moved up the ranking, surpassing Dalton Kasel and Paulo Eduardo Rossetto, to third place in the standings from gaining13.5 points in Round Two.

Day Three


Sage Kimzey once again dominated on night three in front of a third consecutive night of sold out crowds in Madison Square Garden to win the PBR Monster Energy Buck Off at the Garden. In Round Three, he rode Snuggles (Grin/Jacobson/McCoy Rodeo) for 87.05 points then selected Lights Out (Blake Sharp/Henry Wilson/Hanks) in the short go draft. The match up turned out to be right on the money with Kimzey scoring 92.05 points to the win the event.


Julio Cesar Marques was bucked off Big Dawg (McCoy Rodeo/Thomas Lee Group) in 2.95 seconds in Round Three but placed second thanks to his huge 91.10 point ride on UTX BesTex Smokestack (Blake Sharp/Chris Utz/Carey Brothers) in the Championship Round, which propelled him to the top of the leaderboard in the UTB standings with 236 points, overtaking his New York teammate Marco Rizzo's previous lead coming into the event by 112 points. Rizzo dropped down to second place in the leaderboard.

Third place went to Clay Guiton. He started off the day with an 85.35 point ride in Round Three (Blake Sharp/LS Performance Horses/Huff Bulls) on Holy Roller followed by an exciting 91.10 point ride on Big Mac (McCoy Rodeo/Phil Dahl) in the Championship Round.


Callum Miller took fourth. He was bucked off in Round Three in 4.32 seconds by Socks In A Box (Dave Martin/Mike Miller Bucking Bulls) and took a shot to his wired shut jaw, but was able to rally and rebound in the Championship Round in his matchup with Hoobastank (Blake Sharp/Hanks) where he scored 89.85 points.


Taking the final spot on the leaderboard was Leandro Zampollo. Zampollo had a 85.65-point ride on Bucktown (Blake Sharp/Michael Floyd) in Round Three followed by an impressive 90.85-pointer on Bex Red Eye (Blake Sharp/Hanks) in the Championship Round.
