The Lion's Dixie Roundup was held September 18-20th at the Lions Dixie Sunbowl in St. George, Utah. Donny Proffit took first in the bareback riding with a huge 90 point ride on Ramblin Man (Legend Rodeo Stock) for $4,618. Peter Haas took first in the steer wrestling for his 3.5 second run to earn $1,838. Brodi Jones & Cody Burnside took first in the team roping for their 4.2 second run to take home $2,513 each. Logan Hay took first in the saddle bronc riding with and incredible 88 point ride on Perro Caliente (Legacy Pro Rodeo) for $4,399. Brey Yore took first nteh tie-down roping with his 9.5 second run to earn $2,108. Wayne Spain took first in the bull riding with a big 87 point ride on Scrapper (Legacy Pro Rodeo) for $4,599. Legacy Pro Rodeo provided the stock along with sub-contractors Legend Rodeo Stock and Anthony Verdino. Jeremy Clark, Ty Reeder and Jerad McFarlane were the pickup men and Joe Butler and Austin Ashley were the bullfighters.
