Lewiston Roundup

The Lewiston Roundup took place September 4-6th at the Lewiston Roundup Grounds in Lewiston, Idaho. All-around cowboy went to Wacey Schalla, who pocketed $4,559 for competing in the bareback riding and bull riding. He also tied for third for his 88 point ride to take home another $2,616 and fourth in the bull riding for his 86 point ride for an additional $2,020. Sam Petersen took first in the bareback riding with an incredible 91 point ride on Prarie Rose (Sankey Pro Rodeo & Phenom Genetics) for $5,605. Mason Couch took first in the steer wrestling with his quick 4.0 second run to earn $3,775. Kaleb Driggers & Junior Nogueira took first in the team roping for their 4.4 second run to take home $4,968 each. Lefty Holman took first in the saddle bronc riding with his impressive 89.5 point ride on Irv's Legacy (Sankey Pro Rodeo & Phenom Genetics) for $5,781. Riley Mason Webb took first in the tie-down roping with his fast 7.4 second run to earn $4,724. Hayle Gibson-Stillwell took first in the barrel racing with her 17.09 second run to pocket $5,702. There was a tie for first in the breakaway roping between Harley Meged and Hali Williams, with both ladies stopping the clock at 2.2 seconds to net them $5,558 each.


In the first round of the steer roping, Billy Good took first with his 10.1 second run to earn $989. Riley O'Rourke took first in the second round with his 10.7 second run to net him $989. First in the average went to Scott Snedecor for 22.6 seconds on two head to bring home $1,484.


Sankey Pro Rodeo & Phenom Genetics provided the stock along with sub-contractors Silver Spurs Club, Mike Tatsey, Garrett Rogers, Jhet Murphy, Caleb McMillan, Aces Wild Pro Rodeo, Brookman Rodeo, Big Rafter Rodeo, and Five Star Rodeo.
