Industry Hills Charity Pro Rodeo

The Industry Hills Charity Pro Rodeo was held October 11-12th at the Industry Hills ExpoCenter in Industry, California. James Mann was awarded all-around cowboy and a check for $2,292 for entering the saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, and steer wrestling. He also tied for fourth in the steer wrestling for his 5.6 for another $724 and second in the tie-down roping for his 10.7 run to take home an addition $1,568. Dean Thompson took first in the bareback riding with his big 85.5 point ride on Uncle Stinky (Bridwell Pro Rodeos) for $3,243. Levi Rudd took first in the steer wrestling for his 4.1 second run to earn $1,826. Preston Burgess & Joseph Shawnego took first in the team roping with their 5.4 second run to bring home $1,884 each. Garrett Varilek took first in the saddle bronc riding with his 83 points on Meat Sweats (Bridwell Pro Rodeos) for $3,553. Caden Farquer took first in the tie-down roping with his 9.9 second to pocket $1,895. Amie Grohl took first in the barrel racing with her 15.74 second run to earn $1,342. There was a tie for first in the bull riding between Cooper James on Bootlegger (Big Stone Rodeo Inc) and Cullen Telfer on Bootlegger (Big Stone Rodeo Inc) with both riders scoring 82.5 points to net them $3,437 each. Bridwell Pro Rodeos provided the stock along with sub-contractors Colby Camacho and Big Stone Rodeo Inc. Matt Twitchell and Bobby Marriott were the pickup men and Josh Daries and Del Rude provided the cowboy protection.
