Hanna Pro Rodeo

The Hanna Pro Rodeo was held September 12-13th at the Hanna Arena in Hanna, Alberta. Wyatt Maines took first in the bareback riding for his 76 points on Dirty Deeds (Northcott-Yule) for $902. Pacean Deleeuw took first in teh steer wrestling for his quick 4.3 second run to earn $1,903. There was a tie for first in the team roping between Riley Wilson & Ty Vaile and Braden Brost & Tuftin McLeod, with both teams stopping the clock at 4.7 seconds to take home $1,506 each. Sawyer Eirikson took first in the saddle bronc riding with his 81 point ride on Special Smoke (Northcott-Yule) for $1,109.  Kyle Lucas took first in the tie-down roping for his 7.7 second run to pocket $2,032. Vanessa Leggett took first in the barrel racing for her fast 12.61 second run to earn $1,441. Katelyn Branden took first in the breakaway roping for her 2.1 second run to take home $1,540.  Auzyn Corr had the only qualified ride with his 83 points on 221 Bad Business (Big Stone Rodeo) for $2,870. Big Stone Rodeo Inc. and Northcott-Yule provided the stock. Travis Erickson and Lee Trach were the pickup men and Cantrell Gravelle and Walker Hutton provided the cowboy protection.
