The Guadalupe County Fair & PRCA Rodeo was held October 9-11th at the Seguin Events Complex in Seguin, Texas. Mason Yancy took first in the bareback riding with his 80 point ride on Lightning Fire (Lancaster Pro Rodeo Company) for $1,467. Mason Carter took first in the steer wrestling with his 5.5 second run to earn $1,194. Colton Clayton & Justin Delagarza took first in the team roping for their 4.6 second run to take home $1,149 each. Blake Steuck took first in the saddle bronc riding with an 80.5 points on Red Foley (Lancaster Pro Rodeo Company) for $1,793. Dakota Felton took first in the tie-down roping with his 8.0 second run to net him $1,213. Taylor Baize took first in the barrel racing with her quick 15.10 second run to pocket $1,624. Jimmie Smith took first in the breakaway roping with her quick 2.0 second run to bring home $1,676. Dakota Warnken had the only qualified ride in the bull riding with his 75.5 points on Big Poppa (Lancaster Pro Rodeo Company) for $5,405. Lancaster Pro Rodeo Company provided the stock along with sub-contractor Ronnie Haecker, Bobby Joe Hill, Remey Parrott, and Rafter S Rodeo Company. Cauy Kraut and Aj Neal were the bullfighters and and Jt French and Guy Wade Tyra were the pickup men.
