Comal County Fair & Rodeo

The Comal County Fair & Rodeo took place September 25-27th at the Comal County Fair Arena in New Braunfels, Texas. Bryce Eck took first in the bareback riding for his big 86.5 point ride on Cowtown Misfit (Lancaster Pro Rodeo Company) for $1,079. Kipp Harrell & Kelby Frizzell took first in the team roping for their 4.9 second run to take home $1,227 each. Traylin Martin took first in the saddle bronc riding for his 84 points on Red Foley (Lancaster Pro Rodeo Company) for $1,154. There was a three-way tie for first in the tie-down roping between Cash Hooper, Chris McCuistion, and Lane Webb, with all three ropers stopping the clock at 8.6 seconds to net them $908 each. Michaela Robertson took first in the barrel racing for her quick 16.14 second run to pocket $947. Whitney Profili took first in the breakaway roping for her 2.3 second run to earn $1,472.  Jesse Petri took first in one of only two qualified rides with his 85.5 point ride on War Hammer (Lancaster Pro Rodeo Company) for $2,428. Lancaster Pro Rodeo Company provided the stock along with sub-contractor Ronnie Haecker and Bobby Joe Hill. Jt French and Justin Wahlberg were the pickup men and Brody Smith and Aj Neal were the bull fighters.
