Kansas cowboy Colton Byram rode supreme at the Bulls' Night Out event to earn himself a $30,000 check. Bulls' Night Out is a PRCA Xtreme Bulls event and part of the 129th Fort Worth Stock Show. Although Byran was not one of the initial top 40 bull riders eligible to compete in the Bulls’ Night Out, he was able to secure his spot as a last-minute replacement for Luke Mast who was unable to compete due to an injury. Byram scored 87 points on Misunderstood (Frontier Rodeo) to finish fourth place in Round One, netting him $3,400. Although he was unable to make a qualified ride in Round Two on One Chance (Sutton Pro Rodeo), he still advanced to the final round in fifth place. He was able to secure the win with a half point lead over Mason Moody with his 88.5 point ride atop Top Gun (United Pro Rodeo).
