Brazoria County Fair

The Brazoria County Fair took place October 16-18th at the Jack G Phillips Arena in Angleton, Texas. Carson Hildre took first in the bareback riding with his 81.5 point ride on Slice Of Coconut (Generations Pro Rodeo) for $1,480. It was a tough go for the bulldoggers and only two were able to make qualified runs. Garrett Curry took first of the two with his 8.0 second run to earn $978. Casey Halderman & Reid Halbert took first in the team roping with their 7.0 second run to take home $1,128 each. Jacobs Crawley took first in the saddle bronc riding with his 84 points on Joe Diffie (Generations Pro Rodeo) for $1,719. There was a tie for first in the tie-down roping between Artrell Carmouche and Russell Schilling, with both ropers clocking 9.8 second run to take home $1,028 each. Gracen Harman took first in the barrel racing with her 14.93 second run to earn $908. Madison Outhier took first in the breakaway roping with her 1.8 second run to net her $981. Ethan Winckler took first in the bull riding with his 85.5 point ride on Warpath (Generations Pro Rodeo) for $4,908.  Generations Pro Rodeo provided the stock along with McCoy Rodeo and Quincy Kueckelhan. Tanner Hunt and James Rogers were the pickup men and Tanner Brantley and Brody Smith were the bullfighters.


Bareback Riding: 1. Carson Hildre, 81.5 points on Generations Pro Rodeo's Slice Of Coconut, $1,480; 2. Bodee Lammers, 79, $1,121; 3. (tie) Brayze Schill and Wyatt Warneke, 76, $673 each; 5. Luke Thrash, 75, $314; 6. Mason Yancy, 73, $224.
