BigFork Summer ProRodeo

Big Fork Rodeo was held July 5-8th in BigFork, Montana. It was voted Montana's Medium Rodeo of the year in 2022 and prides itself on putting a high quality, family oriented community event from kid's rodeo to parade to PRCA rodeo and fun concerts post rodeo performances.


Will Norstrom took first in the bareback riding with his 84.5 points on New West Rodeo Productions' Driftwoods 86 & Midnight.  Tom Webster took first in the saddle bronc riding with an 82 point ride on New West Rodeo Productions' Beer Garden Babe. Kassie Mowry took first in the barrel racing with her 17.24 second run. There was only one qualified ride in the bull riding with Kyle Cheney having a 74 point ride on New West Rodeo Productions' High Carbon. All-around cowboy went to Edward Ramirez who competed in tie-down roping and team roping.


Bridger Chambers took first in the first round of the steer wrestling with his 3.9 second run. J.D. Struxness took first in the second round with a 4.0 second run. First in the average went to Bridger Chambers for 8.8 seconds on two head.


In the team roping Cameron Irwin/Coley Nicholls took first with their 5.4 second run. Kolton Schmidt/Landen Glenn took first in the second round with a 4.5 second run. First in the average went to Kolton Schmidt/Landen Glenn for 10.0 seconds on two head.


Ryan Jarrett took first in the first round of the tie-down roping with his 8.5 second run. James Ramirez took first in the second round with his 9.4 second run. First in the average went to Ryan Jarrett, 18.9 seconds on two head.


All-Around Cowboy: Edward Ramirez, $3,557, tie-down roping and team roping.
