Bear Paw Roundup

The Bear Paw Roundup took place August 8-9th in Chinook, Montana. Bodee Lammers took first in the bareback riding with an 84 point ride on J Bar J's Straight Stick. Jaret Whitman took first in the steer wrestling with a quick 3.6 second run. In the team roping Brady Tryan/Calgary Smith took first with their 4.8 second run. There was a tie for first in the saddle bronc riding between Hunter Haskins, on J Bar J's Night Ringer, Reginald Lecourt, on J Bar J's Boots, and Liam Pauley, on J Bar J's Painted Commotion who both had 74 point rides. Haven Meged took first in the tie-down roping with an 8.7 second run. Abigail Knight took first in the barrel racing with her 17.53 second run. Dakota Louis' 78 point ride was the only qualified bull ride on J Bar J's Apollo 12. All-around cowboy went to Bode Spring who competed in tie-down roping and steer wrestling.
