Austin Co. Fair & Rodeo

The Austin Co. Fair & Rodeo was held October 9-11th at the Koerth Arena in Bellville, Texas. Tanner Green was awarded all-around cowboy and a check for $4,104 by entering the tie-down roping and team roping. He also tied for fourth in the team roping paired with header Clay Tryan for their 4.4 second run to take home another $1,770 and first in the tie-down roping for his 8.3 second run to take home and additional $2,333. Luke Thrash took first in the bareback riding with his strong 86 point ride on No. 111 (Mo Betta Rodeo) for $1,923. Jacob Edler took first in the steer wrestling for his 3.4 second run to earn $2,205. Manny Egusquiza Jr. & Cody Egusquiza took first in the team roping for their 4.0 second run to net them $2,866 each. Regan Lyons took first in the saddle bronc riding with his 79 point ride on No. 853 (Stockyards ProRodeo) for $2,154. Krystal Dillman took first in the barrel racing for her fast 15.10 second run to bring home $2,717. Stephanie Braman took first in the breakaway roping with her 2.3 second run to earn $2,717. Trent Ferreir took first int he bull riding with his huge 89 point ride on Uncorked (Fettig Pro Rodeo) for $2,200. Mo Betta Rodeo provided the stock along with Fettig Pro Rodeo, Stockyards ProRodeo, and Wild Side Rodeo.  Justin Wahlberg and Daryl Lamb were the pickup men and Connor Kimbrough and Alex McWilliams kept the bull riders safe.
