Unleash The Beast – Eliminations Rd 1-2

Round 1 of PRB World Finals- Unleash the Beast Eliminations kicked off Thursday night in front of a sold-out crowd in Fort Worth at the historic Cowtown Coliseum. The countdown begins to see which rider will qualify for the top 15 in the Unleash the Beast Standings and the top 5 in the Eliminations aggregates to punch their tickets to the 2025 PBR World Finals – Championship at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, May 17-18 where the 2025 World Champion and World Finals event winner will be crowned. Eliminations consists of 45 bull riders attempting to cover one bull nightly for four rounds of action.


John Crimber kicked off the event by making his presence known, tying for first in Round 1 with his 88 point ride on Spunky Energy (Cornwell Bucking Bulls). Kaiden Loud also placed first with his 88 points on Woody (Flinn Cattle Co.) along with Hudson Bolton who had his 88 point ride on July (Leffew Bucking Bulls). Each earned an extra 60 Unleash The Beast points.

Fourth place went to Koltin Hevalow for his 87.5 point ride on What’s Poppin (T&M Services/Hilton Bull Co.) to gain an extra 40 Unleash The Beast points and move up from No. 24 to No. 21 in the standings.


Fifth place went to Adriano Salgado who had an 87.25 point ride on Tijuana Two-Step (Blake Sharp/Michael Floyd) for 36 Unleash The Beast points and bumped up two points in the ranking up to No 27.


This round also included an ABBI (American Bucking Bull Inc.) Classic competition, featuring 24 of the sport’s up-and-coming 4-year-old bovine athletes competing for their piece of the $51,000 payout. Constant Payne was the winning bull  (Kasel/Payne/Flying S) with a big 89.36 points to win the Classic event title, by unseating Sandro Batista in 0.56 seconds to win a $14,350 check. Tigger (Spencer/Sherman/Farris) took second with his score of 88.88 points and third place went to Buck Nasty (Chapman / Buck / D&H Cattle) for his 88.72 point score.

Clay Guiton electrified the crowd the event’s first 90 point ride with his near flawless 91.25 point ride on Eyes On Me (Blake Sharp/Hanks) to win Round 2.  The win earned Guiton 89 Unleash the Beast points and propelled him from No. 9 to No. 5 in the World Championship. John Crimber continues his white hot streak with a big 89.25 point ride on Walk Hard (Ace of Spades/McGuire/Martinez) in Round 2 for another 48 Unleash The Beast points for his latest 8-second effort.


Hudson Bolton took third thanks to his 88.75 point ride on Fringe Minority (Sterk Bucking Bulls) to gain 44 points. Koltin Hevalow took fourth wit his 87point ride on Baldy (Blake Sharp/UB Bucking Company/Huff Bulls) for 32 Unleash The Beast points. Fifth place went to Jose Vitor Leme, who had an 87.5 point ride atop Flapjack (Parker/OK Corralis/Gordon/D&H Cattle) to pick up 36 Unleash The Beast points and move up from No. 19 to No. 14 in the standings


Round 2 also showcased the Top 10 bulls in the running to be the YETI PBR World Champion Bull. The current titleholder is the formidable Man Hater (Jane Clark/Gene Owen) who lived up to his name and reputation with the highest marked bull score to date at the 2025 PBR World Finals, with a score of 45 points for his 2.25 second buckoff of Austin Richardson.
