Ozark Empire Pro Rodeo

The Ozark Empire Pro Rodeo was held March 21-22nd in Springfield, Mo. Clay Clayman took all-around cowboy again for competing in steer wrestling and team roping for $970. He took first in the team roping with a 4.7 second run with header Cody Reed for $970 each. Quintonn Lunsford took first in the bareback riding with an 83 point ride on Hair Trigger (Brookman Rodeo) for $1,210. Jake Thomas took first in the steer wrestling with a 3.9 second run for $1,015. Jett Williams took first in the saddle bronc riding with an 84 point ride on Beaver Trail (Brookman Rodeo) for $1,545. Clint Southworth took first in the tie-down roping with an 8.7 second run for $968. In the barrel racing, Emma Charleston took first with her 14.19 second run for $1,013. Chris Keeling took first in the bull riding with a big 89 points on Silver Bullet (Big Rafter Rodeo) for $1,675. Big Rafter Rodeo, Quincy Kueckelhan, Miller, Jeffery and Brookman Rodeo provided the stock. Brody Smith and Tanner Brantley were the bull fighters and Tell Evans and Kleveland Gastineau were the pickup men.


All-around Cowboy: Clay Clayman, $970, steer wrestling and team roping.
