Oregon Trail Rodeo

The Oregon Trail Rodeo was held August 15-17th at the Adams County Fairgrounds in Hastings, Nebraska. All-around cowboy went to Mason Stueve, who pocketed $1,730 for entering tie-down roping and team roping. He also took first in the tie-down roping for his 9.2 second run for another $1,730. Blayn Hughston took first in the bareback riding with his 84.5 point ride on Fish Butter (Korkow Rodeos) for $1,424. Hoyt Kraeger took first in the steer wrestling for his 3.8 second run to earn $1,826. Klay Yaussi & Kash Yaussi took first in the team roping for their 5.0 second run to bring home $1,139 each. Taylen Nelson took first in the saddle bronc riding for his smooth 83 points on Airplaner (Korkow Rodeos) for $1,728. Prairie Robbins took first in the barrel racing for her 17.33 second run to net her $1,342. Makayla Wray toook first in the breakaway roping for her quick 2.3 second run to take home $1,743. Brady Painter took first in the bull riding for his 76 points on Blofeld (Korkow Rodeos) for $1,769.  Korkow Rodeos and Brent Belkham provided the stock. Gus Kronberg and Ely Sharkey provided the cowboy protection and Cinch Heikel and Lance Heikel were the pickup men.
