Eastern Montana Fair Rodeo

The Eastern Montana Fair Rodeo took place August 20-21st at the Eastern Montana Fair Arena in Miles City, Montana. Mitchell Detton earn himself $648 for all-around cowboy for entering tie-down roping and steer wrestling. He also tied for third in the steer wrestling for his 5.7 run to take home another $648. There were no qualified rides in the bareback riding. Riley Reiss took first in the steer wrestling for his 5.4 second run to earn $1,138. Braden Pirrung & Riley Curuchet took first in the team roping for their 4.5 second run to net them $1,840 each. Liam Pauley took first in the saddle bronc riding with his 81.5 point ride on Owl Creek (Mo Betta Rodeo) for $1,827. Grant Lindsley took first in the tie-down roping for his 10.1 second run to earn $1,220. Ashley Day took first in the barrel racing for her 17.37 second run to net her $882. Colton Coffman had the only qualified ride in the bull riding with his 78 points on No. 266 (Dakota Rodeo) for $4,947. Duane Kesler provided the stock along with sub-contractor Mo Betta Rodeo and Dakota Rodeo. Jay Shaw and Troy Crowser were the pickup men and J.D. Harrell and Tanner Jones provided the cowboy protection.


All-around Cowboy: Mitchell Detton, $648, tie-down roping and steer wrestling.


Bareback Riding: No qualified rides.
