Lyon County Fair PRCA Rodeo

The Lyon County Fair PRCA Rodeo was held August 14-15th at the Second Chance Arena in Marshall, Minnesota. All-around cowboy went to Clay Clayman for competing in the steer wrestling and team roping to take home $2,385. He also took third in the steer wrestling for his 4.8 second run for another $764 and took first in the team roping paired with header Dalton Turner for their 4.8 seconds second run for an additional $1,622. Blayn Hughston took first in the bareback riding for 80 point ride on Turtle Mountain (Barnes PRCA Rodeo) to net him a $1,042 check.  Garrett Stevens took first in the steer wrestling for his 4.3 second run to earn $1,165.  Spur Montag took first in the saddle bronc riding for his 79 point ride on Shimabuckaroo (Barnes PRCA Rodeo) for $1,247. Cody Huber took first in the tie-down roping for his 11.6 second run to earn $1,370. Sandi Brandli took first in the barrel racing for her 15.22 second run to pocket $1,366. Hope Heckenlaible took first in the breakaway roping for her quick 2.6 second run to bring home $1,199. John Young took first in the bull riding with his big 87 point ride on The Sauce Too (Barnes PRCA Rodeo) for $2,144. Barnes PRCA Rodeo and TK Pro Rodeo provided the stock. Jonathon Osten and Cauy Spidle provided the cowboy protection and Louie Brunson and Marcus Ullrich were the pickup men.
