Lincoln County Fair & Rodeo

The Lincoln County Fair & Rodeo was held August 7-9th at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds in Afton, Wyoming. Orin Larsen took first in the bareback riding for his 84.5 point ride on Lunatic Butcher for (Summit Pro Rodeo) 3,596. Chet Boren took first in the steer wrestling for his 4.0 second run to earn $1,708. Jade Stoddard & Max Kuttler took first in the eteam roping for their 4.6 second run to take home $2,735 each. Allen Boore took first in the saddle bronc riding with his big 87 points on Jack Pine (Summit Pro Rodeo) for $3,835. There was a tie for first in the tie-down roping between Tyler Boxleitner and Tate Talkington, with both cowboys stopping the clock at 9.3 second to net them $2,041 each. Brylee Wall took first in the barrel racing with her 17.29 second run to earn $1,520. Kylee Platt took first in the breakaway roping with her quick 1.8 second run to pocket $1,797. Emmit Ross took first in the bull riding with an 84 point ride on Tyler (Summit Pro Rodeo) for $3,879. Summit Pro Rodeo provided the stock. Zachary Devol and Cauy Pokorny provided the cowboy protection and Marc Dickinson and Cody Miller were the pickup men.
