The Jerome County Fair And Rodeo took place August 4-6th at the DePew Arena in Jerome, Idaho. Bode Spring was awarded all-around cowboy to take home $764 for entering the tie-down roping and steer wrestling. He also tied for sixth for his 4.3 run for another $764. Clayton Biglow took first in the bareback riding for his huge 89.5 point ride on Red Velvet (Corey & Lange Rodeo) for $2,233. Jace Melvin took first in the steer wrestling for his 3.8 second run to earn $2,703. Howard Hutchings & Scott Lauaki took first in the team roping for their 3.9 second run to take home $2,721 each. There was a tie for first in the saddle bronc riding between Cauy Pennington on Ring Worm (Corey & Lange Rodeo) and Mitch Pollock on Shiny Object (Corey & Lange Rodeo) with both cowboys scoring matching 85.5 point rides to net them $2,312 each. Brodey Clemons took first in the tie-down roping for his 7.8 second run to pocket $2,277. Haylee Moosman Woodward took first in the barrel racing with her 16.93 second run to earn $2,865. Suzanne Williams took first in the breakaway roping for her 2.1 second run to net her $2,876. Hayes Weight took first in the bull riding with his big 86.5 point ride on Walk About (Corey & Lange Rodeo) for $2,528. Corey & Lange Rodeo and Jason Clemens provided the stock. Matt Twitchell and J-2 Brown were the pickup men and Ruger Jennings and Miles Barry provided the cowboy protection.
