The Gooding Pro Rodeo was held August 14-16th at the Andy James Arena in Gooding, Idaho. Wacey Schalla took home a check for $1,031 for all-around cowboy by competing in the bareback riding and bull riding. He also tied for sixth in the bareback riding for his 85.5 point ride to earn another $1,031. Richmond Champion took first in the bareback ride with his solid 87.5 point ride on Ols Tubs Stevie (Macza Pro Rodeo) for $6,874. Riley Duvall took first in the steer wrestling with his quick 3.4 second run to net him $4,746. Brye Crites & Tyler Worley took first in the the team roping with their 4.0 second run to bring home $5,272 each. Stetson Dell Wright got it done the Wright way with his flawless 90 point ride on Cowboy Fool (Summit Pro Rodeo) for $6,768. There was a tie for first in the tie-down roping between John Douch and Riley Mason Webb, with both ropers stopping the clock at 7.4 second to earn $5,067 each. Summer Kosel took first in the barrel racing for her 16.66 seconds run to bring home $6,740. There was another tie for first in the breakaway roping between Aubryn Bedke, Brooke Bruner, and Kash Gay, with all three ladies stopping the clock at 2.1 second for $5,531 each. Ky Hamilton took first in the bull riding with his smooth 87.5 point ride on No. 883 (Korkow Rodeos) to earn $6,571. Summit Pro Rodeo provided the stock along with sub-contractors Macza Pro Rodeo and Korkow Rodeos. Colt Hamaker, J-2 Brown, and Bobby Marriott were the pickup men.
