Cinch World's Toughest Rodeo was held February 15th in Colombus, Ohio with some tough stock from Harper & Morgan Rodeo Co, Three Hills Rodeo, Silver Creek Pro Rodeo and Dakota Rodeo. Bullfighters Nick Kaup and Ethan Pittman kept the cowboys safe. Dean Thompson took first in the bareback riding with a big 87.5 point ride on Hopes & Dreams (Three Hills Rodeo) for a $5,832 payout. There was a tie for first in the saddle bronc riding between Sage Newman, on Hot And Hairy (Three Hills Rodeo) and Tegan Smith, on Devil's Advocate (Three Hills Rodeo) who both had 86.5 point rides to take home $5,070 each. The bulls were not playing nice and only three cowboys were able to make it to the full 8 seconds for qualified rides. Of the three, TJ Gray took first with a solid 88 point ride on Badlands (Dakota Rodeo) for $7,246.
