Cassia County Fair & Rodeo

The Cassia County Fair & Rodeo was held August 14-26th at the ICCU Arena in Burley, Idaho. Clayton Biglow took first in the bareback riding for his big 86 point ride on No Bueno (Honeycutt Rodeo) for $4,336. Landris White took first int he steer wrestling for his 3.6 second run to earn $3,196. James Arviso & Logan Moore took first in the team roping for their 3.7 second run to bring home $2,752 each. Thre was a tie for first in the saddle bronc riding between Allen Boore on Angel Baby (TK Pro Rodeo) and Q McWhorter on Blue Chip (Aces Wild Pro Rodeo) with both cowboys scoring 85 points to earn $3,911 each. Marty Yates took first in the tie-down roping for his 7.5 second run to for $4,714.  Makenna Shook took first in the barrel racing for her 16.53 second run to take home $4,413. Suzanne Williams took first in the breakaway roping for her 1.9 second run to pocket $4,456. Tristan Mize took first in the bull riding with his big 86 point ride on Unhinged (Barnes PRCA Rodeo) for $4,932. Barnes PRCA Rodeo provided the stock along with sub-contractors All In Pro Rodeos, Rafter G Rodeo, Honeycutt Rodeo, Western Rodeos, TK Pro Rodeo, Aces Wild Pro Rodeo, Anthony Verdino and Jason Clemens. Bill Stinemates and Ty Reeder were the pickup men and Brock Hansen and Kade Evans kept the bull riders safe.
