The Cache County Fair And Rodeo was held August 6-9th at the Cache County Fairgrounds in Logan, Utah. Cole Clemons earned himself $4,794 for all-around cowboy by competing in the tie-down roping and team roping. He also took first in the tie-down roping for his 7.4 seconds run to earn an additional $4,794. There was a tie for first in the bareback riding between Jess Pope on Single Matt (Legacy Pro Rodeo) and Donny Proffit on Wild Mike (Legacy Pro Rodeo) with both riders scoring 86.5 points to take home $4,484 each. There was also a tie for first in the steer wrestling between Will Lummus and Seth Peterson, with both bulldoggers stopping the clock at 3.6 second to earn $3,741 each. It was a night of ties and there was again a tie for first in the team roping between Kaleb Driggers & Junior Nogueira and Tyler Wade & Wesley Thorp, with both teams stopping the clock at 4.1 seconds to take home $4,562 each. Q Taylor took first in the saddle bronc riding for his 87.5 points on Woodstock 99 (Legend Rodeo Stock) for $5,584. Katie Halbert took first in the barrel racing for her 16.81 second run net her $6,452. Cadee Williams took first in the breakaway roping for her quick 1.7 second run to earn $6,472. Hayes Weight took first in the bull riding with his near perfect 89.5 point ride on102 (Legacy Pro Rodeo's No) for $6,099. Legacy Pro Rodeo, Legend Rodeo Stock, and Anthony Verdino provided the stock. Ty Reeder, Jeremy Clark, and Tanner Haviland were the pickup men and Austin Ashley, Joe Butler, and Dusty Tuckness kept the bull riders safe.
