Marc Joiner Collab Mug

Items must be returned with in 14 days from purchase for a refund or a replacement if broken during delivery.

If your mug is broken due to shipping, please contact us at support@talkrodeotome.com with pictures of mug and packaging along with your order number to have a replacement sent.  You do not need to return the damaged product. We cannot replace items due to customer dropping or damaging product- only those broken not due to shipping and handling. Please do not send back broken mug.  

We cannot accept returns if the item has been used or damaged. Please note any items returned that have obvious signs of use will not be refunded (ex. coffee or wine stains, chipping, or signs of wear and use. 

You will be refunded for the prices of the item + shipping. Please note you will not recieve full retail price of item if it was purchase with at a discount but will be refunded the discounted price you paid + shipping.
