The Great Plains Stampede Rodeo took place August 22-24th in Altus, Oklahoma. Skyler Woolls took first in the steer wrestling with his 4.2 second run. Gage Williams/Rowdy Jones took first in the team roping with their 5.3 second run. Regan Lyons took first in the saddle bronc riding with an 84.5 point ride on Andrews Rodeo's Hissy Fit. Monty Lewis took first in the tie-down roping with an 8.9 second run. Deb Guelly took first in the barrel racing with her 18.24 second run. JR Stratford took first in the bull riding with a big 90 point ride on Andrews Rodeo's Never Forget. All-around cowboy went to Paul Tierney who competed in tie-down roping and team roping.
