Glennville Round-Up Rodeo

The Glennville Round-Up Rodeo was held May 25th in Glennville, California at the Greenhorn Mountain Veterans Arena. Andrew Madden took all-around cowboy and a check for $976 for competing in the tie-down roping and steer wrestling. He also took home an additional $275 for his 21.7 second run in the tie-down roping. TC Cadwell took first in the steer wrestling with his 5.9 second run to earn $1,070. Zane George & Mike George took first in the team roping with their quick 6.6 second run to take home $1,908 each. California cowboy Lefty Holman took first in the saddle bronc riding with an 86 point ride on What The Hawk (Flying U Rodeo) for a $1,678 check. In the tie-down roping, Colton Farquer took first with his 11.2 seconds run to pocket $886. There was a tie for first between  Kelsey Cadwell and Grace Perez, with both ladies stopping the clock at 2.5 second to take home $1,549 each. Whitley Sharp took first in the barrel racing with her 17.42 second run for $853. There was only one qualified ride in the bull riding which was Mason Spain with his 82.5 points on Lemon Drop (Flying U Rodeo) for $5,433. Flying U Rodeo provided the stock along with sub-contractor Rosser Rodeo. Jessica Cardon and Josh Reed were the pickup men and Abraham Ansolabehere and Ray Ray Taylor kept the bull riders safe.
